Blog-2

Mobile Food Pantry,  April 10th 2021

On April 10th we had our first opportunity to give back. Technically, we are writing this blog post before our website is live, which means we haven't sold anything yet, but we wanted to take some of our startup cost and start helping people.
The town of Bean Station, Tennessee, is about 50 miles north of Knoxville. Almost 4,000 people out of Grainger County's (where Bean Station is located) total population of 22,657 are living with food insecurity. With the help of multiple great organizations, we were able to be one of the sponsors and provide food for 99 families, totaling over 300 individuals locally. We also wanted to give a big shout out to Kingswood Home for Children for hosting the event!
We are believing that each time we sell just one t-shirt on this website that we will be able to make a bigger impact right here in Appalachia.
